About the role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to independently lead the financial and accounting functions of our company. You will ensure accurate bookkeeping, compliance with tax regulations, and provide insightful financial reporting to support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all financial‑accounting activities of the company.
• Post incoming and outgoing invoices.
• Calculate and record VAT.
• Process payroll and record salary expenses.
• Prepare final accounts and comprehensive financial statements.
• Monitor and apply current accounting and tax legislation.
• Maintain communication with banks, tax authorities and other institutions.
• Participate in cash‑flow planning and report financial results to senior management.

Required profile

• Higher education in economics (VSS or VŠS).
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role.
• Proven ability to prepare final accounts independently.
• Strong knowledge of tax and accounting regulations.
• Experience dealing with banks and financial institutions.
• High level of responsibility, precision and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with the MS Office suite.
