About the role

We are looking for a Finance and Operations Manager who will take charge of the company’s accounting, financial reporting and day‑to‑day operational coordination. The role combines core finance responsibilities with logistics and procurement support, reporting directly to the director.

Key responsibilities

• Process payroll, VAT, monthly and annual financial statements.
• Prepare financial reports, monitor costs, liabilities, receivables and cash‑flow.
• Communicate with domestic and foreign suppliers.
• Track orders, spare parts, invoices, packing lists and delivery deadlines.
• Coordinate transport, freight forwarders and import documentation.
• Monitor open tasks and critical deadlines across the company.
• Prepare and coordinate documentation for public procurement procedures.
• Provide direct support to the director in business organization.
• Suggest improvements in finance, organization and business processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in independent accounting and finance.
• High sense of responsibility, precision and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to follow tasks through to completion without supervision.
• Good command of English.
• Proficiency with Excel and digital business tools.
• Discretion, reliability and initiative.
