About the role

The Lead Specialist for Retail Project Preparation will oversee the technical preparation phase of reconstruction and new construction projects within INA's retail network. The role involves coordinating external designers, obtaining permits, and developing investment proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and manage the technical preparation stage of retail construction and reconstruction projects.
• Coordinate external designers, secure permits and approvals, and create individual investment project proposals.
• Evaluate received technical solutions or offers, perform technical assessments, and recommend suppliers and equipment.
• Develop annual and multi‑year investment plans, participate in their review, and assess construction cost estimates.
• Propose measures for continuous improvement of project management processes.

Required profile

• University degree in civil engineering, mechanical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in design, site management or project management.
• Valid B‑category driving licence.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork orientation and flexibility.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
