About the role
We are looking for a motivated leader to oversee the operation of our waste baling press and manage forklift activities at our waste collection and processing site. The role combines hands‑on equipment handling with coordination of warehouse logistics.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and supervise the baling press used for compacting waste.
- Prepare waste materials for baling, ensuring proper loading and safety.
- Load, unload and maneuver waste pallets using a forklift within the warehouse.
- Coordinate with the team to maintain smooth workflow and meet production targets.
Required profile
- Completed secondary technical education (SSS tehničkog smjera).
- Ability to lead a small team and follow safety procedures.
