About the role

The Visual Merchandiser for Reserved will be responsible for the visual appearance of the store, ensuring it follows the latest fashion trends and brand standards. You will work closely with the sales team to create attractive displays that draw customers into the shop.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the visual look of the store and stay up‑to‑date with fashion trends.
• Create eye‑catching window displays and style mannequins according to brand standards.
• Assist in arranging clothing on the sales floor.
• Support the sales team by keeping shelves stocked and ready for customers.
• Continuously develop personal fashion instincts and share visual standards with colleagues.
• Occasionally cover the cash register and help with daily tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Completed secondary or higher vocational education.
• At least six months experience working in a retail environment.
• Enthusiastic about generating fresh ideas and creative solutions.
• Organised, positive and goal‑oriented.
• Good command of English.
• Willingness to learn and continuously improve.
