Vendor Management Administrator (Student Role)

About the role

Ergomed Group, which includes Ergomed CRO, PrimeVigilance, Prudentia and ADAMAS Consulting, supports biopharmaceutical companies in developing, delivering and safeguarding therapies in oncology, rare diseases and other complex areas of medicine. It is seeking a detail-oriented, organized Vendor Management Administrator with student status to join its team in Zagreb, Croatia. This is an entry-level student position supporting vendor management operations through accurate records, supplier coordination and smooth administrative processes.

Key responsibilities

• Gather vendor information on services for the vendor management team
• Draft new vendor agreements using corporate templates
• Help execute and file vendor contracts
• Track and report on contracts
• Maintain the salesforce: track vendor information, capabilities, contracts, opportunities and assessments
• Upload historic active vendor contracts to the salesforce
• Track, measure and report vendor performance
• Carry out general administrative duties as needed

Required profile

• Student status
• Previous administrative or customer service experience (preferred)
• Professional demeanor and customer service orientation
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members

Required skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic spreadsheet functions
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with vendor management software or database systems (preferred)
