About the role

We are looking for a qualified firefighter to join our team in Zagreb. The position involves continuous monitoring and protection of a designated facility to prevent fire incidents and ensure rapid response when alarms are triggered.

Key responsibilities

• Continuous supervision and patrol of the protected site for fire prevention.
• Monitoring fire alarm systems and reacting to alarms promptly.
• Implementing fire‑protection measures in accordance with regulations and plans.
• Inspecting the condition of firefighting equipment, hydrants, and appliances.
• Maintaining required records and fire‑safety documentation for the site.

Required profile

• Completed education as a firefighter or fire‑technical specialist.
• Clean criminal record (certificate of no criminal conviction).
• Medical fitness and specific psychophysical readiness for fire‑watch duties.
• Professionalism, responsibility and composure in crisis situations.

Required skills

• Fire alarm system operation.
• Firefighting equipment handling.
• Hydrant inspection and maintenance.
