About the role

DC Building Inspectors is looking for external collaborators to perform water‑leak detection in residential and commercial properties across several counties in Croatia. The work involves field inspections, precise localisation of leaks, and professional communication with property owners.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to assigned sites and detect water leaks in plumbing, heating, waterproofing, flat roofs, terraces and pools.
• Operate professional equipment such as acoustic detectors, correlators, thermal‑imaging cameras, moisture meters, tracer‑gas systems and inspection cameras.
• Locate leak points accurately while minimising damage to the structure.
• Document findings with photos and produce concise written reports with recommendations.
• Communicate results directly with clients on‑site.

Required profile

• Experience in plumbing, construction, waterproofing, installation service or a related technical field.
• Valid Category B driving licence and own vehicle.
• Basic computer skills for photographing and completing reports on a mobile device or laptop.
• Reliability, neat appearance and punctuality.
• Fluent Croatian; English is a plus.
• Registered sole‑proprietorship or company, or willingness to set one up (collaboration is invoiced, not an employment contract).
• No prior leak‑detection experience required – training is provided.
