About the role

The company is expanding its operations across Croatia and seeks an Office Commercialist for the Service Department in Zagreb. The role combines sales support, customer liaison and administrative tasks, and is suitable for candidates with a technical background or recent high‑school graduates.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare price offers for customers and external orders for suppliers, requiring spoken and written English.
• Maintain existing client relationships and develop new contacts, providing product and service information.
• Create work orders for the assembly and service teams.
• Support field service technicians and fellow commercialists.
• Assist the office coordinator with various commercial tasks.
• Perform other related commercial activities as needed.

Required profile

• Independent, proactive, adaptable and able to work in a team.
• Precise, systematic, accurate and well‑organized.
• Strong communication abilities and courteous customer handling.
• Professional written and spoken demeanor.
• Basic digital competence with Microsoft Office tools.
