About the role

We are looking for a motivated Salesperson/Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Zagreb. The role combines front‑office sales support with back‑office warehouse tasks, ensuring that customers receive their ordered decorations quickly and accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Receive incoming decoration shipments and verify their contents.
• Stock shelves, keep inventory records up‑to‑date, and maintain an organized display.
• Prepare ordered decorations for customers, including picking, packing and labeling.
• Ship parcels to customers, ensuring timely and safe delivery.
• Assist customers with product information and basic inquiries.

Required profile

• Completed secondary or higher education (trade‑oriented studies preferred).
• Previous experience in similar sales or warehouse positions is desirable.
• Flexible, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Valid driver’s licence and driving experience.
