About the role

We are looking for a motivated Salesperson to join our growing retail team. You will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, and helping the store achieve its sales targets in a friendly and dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Sell merchandise and provide personalized advice to customers.
• Prepare, label and control products for display and sale.
• Achieve set sales goals and contribute to store performance.
• Understand and manage the retail sales process, from greeting to checkout.
• Suggest improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong sense of responsibility and interest in working for a growing company.
• Enjoy interacting with customers and collaborating within a team.
• Good computer and mobile device proficiency.
• Communicative, organized, flexible, honest and punctual.
• Previous sales experience is an advantage.

Required skills

• Basic computer operation skills.
