About the role

We are looking for a friendly and hardworking Salesperson to create a pleasant and relaxed shopping experience for our customers. You will work on the fresh produce sections and at the checkout, ensuring high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange merchandise, monitor shelf life, price labeling and maintain department stock levels.
• Provide excellent service to customers in fresh departments and at the cash register.
• Control product quality and freshness according to set guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the sales floor, work area and equipment.

Required profile

• IV‑VII level of professional education.
• At least two years of experience managing a retail team.
• Good organizational, communication and motivational abilities.
• Initiative, independence and flexibility in work.
• Willingness to adopt and implement new initiatives.
• Strong focus on results and top‑notch customer service.
• Desire for continuous learning and improvement.
• Compliance with sanitary and hygiene standards.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy.
