About the role

We are looking for a leader who connects the organization, team development and operational excellence at Pull&Bear in Zadar. In this role you will develop the team, coordinate daily processes and actively contribute to achieving store goals while delivering a top‑class customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and mentor the store team, fostering continuous learning and leading by example.
• Coordinate everyday store operations, monitor commercial results and ensure high standards of customer service.
• Participate in achieving sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Required profile

• At least 6 months of experience in a similar position.
• Leadership abilities and strong communication and organisational skills.
• Active knowledge of English and a commercial mindset.
