About the role

This one‑year Logistics Trainee program offers hands‑on experience in retail logistics. You will work on the shop floor and in the logistics centre, gaining a solid understanding of how goods move through the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Learn the end‑to‑end logistics processes in a retail environment and use key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor performance.
• Support the improvement of the supply chain by working with modern technologies and systems.
• Participate in optimizing inbound, storage and outbound flows and assist in transport organisation to stores.
• Acquire basic business knowledge through three months of practical work in a store.
• Lead a specific logistics project under the guidance of an experienced mentor.

Required profile

• Near‑completion of a degree in transport, logistics or a related field.
• Strong motivation to learn and develop in a fast‑paced retail logistics setting.
• Proactive, confident and excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility to work at a store or logistics centre and openness to an international career path.
