About the role

We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative to strengthen our team in the Zagreb region. You will be the face of the HAGLEITNER brand, responsible for acquiring new customers and expanding existing relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new customers and develop the sales pipeline.
• Grow and deepen relationships with existing customers.
• Provide professional advice and product recommendations to clients.
• Analyse customer potential and market trends.
• Collaborate closely with the internal sales team and sales management.
• Promote and strengthen the HAGLEITNER brand in your territory.

Required profile

• Passion for sales and strong customer service orientation.
• Negotiation skills and assertiveness.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Commercial mindset and proactive approach.
• Experience in field sales is an advantage.
• Knowledge of German language is a plus.
