About the role

We are looking for a Technologist specialized in mechanics and maintenance to ensure our production lines operate at peak efficiency. You will work closely with production and maintenance teams to continuously improve processes and resolve any technical issues.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the efficiency of production lines.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance to improve or eliminate weak points.
• Prepare requests for spare parts and technical material and maintain related databases.
• Update preventive maintenance plans, perform diagnostics, and repair faults on filling lines.
• Coordinate the work of external maintenance contractors.
• Record critical wear points and contribute to finding better technical solutions.

Required profile

• Technical degree (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics) – VSS/VŠS.
• Experience in similar roles is a plus.
• Category B driver’s licence.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Advanced level of English.
• Responsible, goal‑oriented and detail‑focused attitude.
• Team‑player with openness to cooperation.
