About the role

Kabel Kanal is expanding its telecommunications network across Liburnia, Rijeka and surrounding areas. We are looking for a motivated technician to join our team and support the planning, installation and maintenance of fiber‑optic infrastructure for both private and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop and launch new optical network installations and maintain existing ones.
• Perform on‑site maintenance of cable networks and equipment at customer locations.
• Install optical fibers on structures and along routes according to work orders.
• Operate tools and measurement devices independently on a daily basis.
• Execute additional field activities as required by received orders.

Required profile

• Previous experience in similar telecommunications roles.
• Good knowledge of telecommunications technologies.
• Willingness to work outdoors and at heights.
• Strong communication and sales abilities.
• Team‑oriented, proactive and responsible attitude.

Required skills

• Installation of optical (fiber) cables.
• Use of technical tools and measurement devices.
• Understanding of telecommunications technology concepts.
