About the role

Hrvatski Telekom is looking for motivated Telecommunications Technicians (male/female) to join its teams across several Croatian cities. You will support customers, maintain network equipment and help promote new services.

Key responsibilities

• Perform on‑site installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of telecom equipment.
• Assist customers with technical issues and provide clear explanations.
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional services to users.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service quality and compliance.

Required profile

• Advanced computer literacy.
• Valid Category B driver’s licence.
• Fluent in Croatian with good communication skills and patience when listening to customers.
