About the role

We are looking for a reliable, technically‑oriented individual to ensure the safe and uninterrupted operation of an underground parking garage and its associated systems and equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect and verify the proper functioning of ticket dispensing and payment devices.
• Monitor the parking system, ramps, cameras, and self‑service payment terminals.
• Conduct regular checks of technical equipment and systems for compliance.
• Perform minor repairs and routine servicing.
• Check lighting, traffic signage, and other garage fixtures.
• Oversee monitor screens, ventilation, and fire‑protection installations.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of the premises and equipment.
• Provide assistance and support to garage users.
• Collaborate with operational and technical teams.
• Carry out additional tasks as agreed with supervisors.

Required profile

• Technical secondary education (higher technical education is a plus).
• At least one year of relevant work experience.
• Good understanding of technical systems, including monitoring, automation and payment solutions.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office and Outlook.
• Strong communication skills and a professional attitude toward customers.
• Responsibility, independence and willingness to solve technical issues.
• Medical fitness for the role.
• Readiness for shift work, including nights and weekends.
• Willingness to attend further technical training (e.g., SKIDATA systems).
• Driving licence category B is an advantage.
• Basic English (A2‑B1 level) is beneficial.
