About the role

RÖFIX is looking for a hands‑on Construction Materials Application Technician to work directly on construction sites, supporting customers and demonstrating the proper use of our products. You will spend most of your time in the field, collaborating with contractors and sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Test finished products both in the factory and on site.
• Prepare samples and set up test fields for product trials.
• Demonstrate material application techniques to customers.
• Provide technical support to the sales team.
• Collaborate with expert teams in Croatia and abroad.

Required profile

• Secondary education, preferably in construction, technical or craft disciplines.
• Practical experience with construction materials (e.g., mason, façade worker, tiler, plasterer, floor layer).
• Responsible, proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Readiness for occasional field work.
• Valid B‑category driving licence.
