About the role

We are looking for a motivated technician (m/f) to join our Service Department in Zagreb. You will work on projects covering telecommunications, optics, technical installations and automation, gaining hands‑on experience with modern equipment and seasoned experts.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in installation, assembly and maintenance of telecommunications, technical and process equipment.
• Carry out optical and other technical installations on site.
• Prepare tools, equipment and materials required for the work.
• Perform basic measurements and system testing.
• Assist in fault removal and resolution of technical issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of tools and equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and technical standards during all activities.
• Support organization and execution of field activities.
• Suggest improvements in work organization and technical processes.
