Technician – Security Guard (m/f)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Technician – Security Guard to join our technical protection team. The role involves installing, configuring, and commissioning a wide range of security and safety systems at client sites across Croatia.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and commission video surveillance, intrusion detection, access control, fire alarm, gas detection, SOS, intercom, public address, anti‑pest lighting, ramps, barriers, turnstiles and vehicle monitoring systems.
• Perform functional testing of installed equipment and software.
• Maintain and service all installed security systems.
• Troubleshoot recurring technical issues independently.
• Supervise electrical installation and structured cabling work for security systems.
• Use tools and measuring devices safely on a daily basis.
• Carry out all required field and preparatory activities.

Required profile

• Technical secondary or higher education (SSS/VŠS/VSS) in a relevant field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in similar technical security roles.
• Willingness to work on‑site, including at heights.
• Valid Category B driver’s licence.
• Basic computer skills (MS Windows, Office, Internet).
• Ability to work in a dynamic, team‑oriented environment with flexible hours (shift work, weekends).
• Professional, proactive and responsible attitude.
