Technical Sales Specialist – Bathroom & Kitchen Equipment

About the role

Manpower Hrvatska is recruiting on behalf of its client, the global manufacturer of bathroom and kitchen equipment Hansgrohe, for a Technical Sales Specialist position in Zagreb. The role supports the local sales team and the customer support team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical advice and support to the local sales team
• Train the local customer support team and transfer knowledge to the local organisation
• Prepare and maintain service reports and document the entire process, including ordering procedures
• Maintain customer master data and log customer requests received by phone or email in the ticketing system
• Plan, coordinate and follow up field visits by service technicians
• Organise training for local craftsmen and service technicians
• Make final warranty claim decisions and analyse complaint statistics
• Communicate with the Technical Support team in the German headquarters

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of sanitary equipment, including installation and mounting
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Willingness to travel occasionally
• Communication skills, attention to detail and teamwork
