Technical Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Consultant to join SD Worx’s Adriatics team in Zagreb. You will work closely with developers and business analysts to design, develop and enhance functionalities of our HRnet web‑based HR and payroll platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, implement and support technical solutions within HRnet.
• Develop and maintain MS SQL database objects, including stored procedures and T‑SQL scripts.
• Perform system integrations and data migration activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (developers, analysts, consultants) on implementation projects.
• Communicate with clients to gather requirements and provide technical support.

Required profile

• Mid‑level or senior experience with relational databases (MS SQL or Oracle).
• Proactive, motivated and comfortable working in a team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Fluent in Croatian and English.
