Talent Acquisition Specialist I – Full‑time Student Position

About the role

Ergomed Group is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist I to support recruitment across Europe and other regions. This full‑time student position offers 32‑40 hours per week and provides hands‑on experience in a fast‑growing life‑science environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with line managers to understand vacancy requirements and maintain communication on status.
• Create and publish attractive job adverts on multiple job boards using the ATS one‑click publishing tool.
• Execute recruitment strategies, including LinkedIn headhunting, ATS sourcing, and referrals.
• Screen and interview candidates via video calls, providing shortlists to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interview scheduling with Talent Acquisition Coordinator and hiring managers.
• Maintain up‑to‑date ATS records to track candidate status, time‑to‑fill and other metrics.
• Develop talent pipelines for regularly recruited positions and nurture candidate relationships.
• Assist HR and line managers in crafting compelling offers and securing acceptances.

Required profile

• Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, including sourcing, screening and offer management.
• Ability to balance the role with university studies.
• Interest in the life‑science industry and willingness to recruit for pharmacovigilance, clinical research and corporate functions across Europe.
• Strong multitasking, communication (English) and negotiation skills.
• Experience working with multiple internal stakeholders such as HR, line management and senior leadership.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or recruitment CRM.
• Effective use of LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
• Video‑interviewing tools for candidate screening.
