About the role

Matrix Real Estate is expanding its team and seeks a communicative, organized and responsible person to list new properties for sale. The role combines office work with occasional field visits to photograph and inspect properties.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential property sellers and arrange cooperation.
• Collect basic information about properties.
• Visit properties to conduct tours and take photographs.
• Enter property data, descriptions and photos into the company CMS.
• Coordinate with agents and the sales team.
• Monitor the market and identify promising opportunities.
• Schedule appointments and handle basic administrative tasks related to listings.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and responsible.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Valid B‑category driving licence for field visits.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency (internet, email, digital tools).
• Experience with a content‑management system (CMS) for data entry.
• Ability to take clear property photographs.
