About the role

The Customer Support Associate will coordinate contract manufacturing processes, plan deliveries, and liaise with internal and external partners. This position ensures smooth procurement of raw materials, timely shipment of finished goods, and accurate documentation for export and customs procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Procure raw materials for contract production according to partner agreements.
• Coordinate and plan raw material deliveries with Production, Logistics, and freight forwarders.
• Organise deliveries of finished products to customers, including order receipt, delivery scheduling, carrier coordination, and documentation preparation.
• Monitor inventory levels of produced goods and report on deliveries.
• Prepare export and customs documentation and submit Intrastat reports.
• Collaborate with the Registration Department to obtain necessary permits.
• Generate sales orders, invoice customers, and support the central distribution centre.
• Handle customer complaints, issue approvals when justified, and process related documentation.
• Work with Finance on monthly goods‑out controls, VAT verification, and invoice processing.

Required profile

• Completed secondary, higher, or university education in economics or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in a similar role (preferred).
• Active knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel (preferred).
• Experience with SAP system (preferred).
