About the role

Banksoft d.o.o., a leading Croatian company specializing in software solutions for financial institutions, is looking for a motivated Helpdesk Support Associate. You will be the first point of contact for clients, handling calls, e‑mail inquiries and basic technical issues while providing a friendly and professional service.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming client calls and e‑mail messages.
• Resolve simple requests and technical problems.
• Redirect more complex inquiries to the appropriate internal teams.
• Perform administrative tasks using company software and computers.

Required profile

• Communicative, courteous and enjoys interacting with people via phone, digital and face‑to‑face channels.
• Positive attitude and ability to stay calm in dynamic or stressful situations.
• Responsible, trustworthy and able to gain confidence quickly.
• Detail‑oriented, disciplined and precise in work.
• Motivated to learn banking and IT processes.

Required skills

• Secondary school education in economics, mathematics‑informatics, electrical engineering or a related field.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Knowledge of SQL or other programming languages (preferred).
