About the role

We are looking for a motivated collaborator to support the design of mechanical and/or hydraulic installations, including water supply and drainage systems, for our projects across Croatia. The position is suitable for recent graduates with a technical background who are eager to develop their engineering skills in a professional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in preparing design calculations and drawings for mechanical and hydro‑technical installations.
• Participate in the selection of materials, components and equipment according to project specifications.
• Collaborate with partner firms to ensure that designs meet regulatory standards and client requirements.
• Support the preparation of technical documentation and project reports.

Required profile

• Completed technical secondary education or equivalent in mechanical, civil or related engineering fields.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and work both independently and within a team.
• Residency in Croatia or ability to work remotely from any location in the country.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic system principles.
• Familiarity with technical drawing interpretation.
