About the role

We are expanding our calculation team and are looking for a motivated associate to support the preparation of offers and cost control for our construction projects. The role involves close collaboration with project managers, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure accurate budgeting and competitive bidding.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare price calculations and unit price analyses for construction works, including materials, labor, machinery and subcontractors.
• Develop and process cost estimates for tenders and create offers in response to investor inquiries.
• Monitor public tender announcements and compile complete tender documentation.
• Collect and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations for various trades.
• Analyse project‑technical documentation and cost breakdowns, producing measurements and verification documents.
• Support negotiations with clients, suppliers and subcontractors by preparing cost bases.
• Collaborate with site managers to compare contracted and actual costs, handling non‑budgeted and additional works.
• Contribute to monthly progress reports and work performance calculations.
• Maintain a price database, archive calculations and offers, and generate reports for supervisors.

Required profile

• Secondary or higher technical education, preferably in construction.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in cost estimation, offer preparation or work accounting.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and the MS Office suite.
• Familiarity with construction technology, norms and standards.
• Understanding of public procurement procedures is an advantage.
• Active spoken and written English.
• Valid category B driving licence.
• Analytical, accurate, systematic, able to meet deadlines and communicate effectively.
