Supply Chain Manager (m/f)

About the role

Are you ready to build a supply chain function from the ground up? We are looking for an experienced and proactive Supply Chain Manager to establish and develop end‑to‑end supply chain operations for our new manufacturing site in Croatia.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and develop procurement, production planning, logistics, warehousing and inventory management processes.
• Build and maintain a reliable local and European supplier network.
• Coordinate supply chain activities across Croatia, India and other international locations.
• Manage suppliers, commercial terms, delivery performance, costs and supply risks.
• Ensure material availability and continuity of production.
• Define KPIs and drive continuous improvement of supply chain performance.
• Build, lead and develop the local supply chain team.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Finance and international teams.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in supply chain management or a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in procurement, production planning, inventory management and supplier development.
• Good knowledge of ERP and MRP systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience leading people, projects or a supply chain function.
• Proactive, independent and results‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent command of English.
• Experience with manufacturing start‑ups, greenfield projects, plant expansions or international supply chain coordination is a plus.
