Supply Chain Data Analyst (m/ž)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Supply Chain Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in Zagreb. You will work closely with colleagues from various business areas, IT partners and external data‑science firms to develop analytical models that improve the flow of goods across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Design and use predictive and optimisation models for demand forecasting and supply‑chain parameter tuning.
• Calculate automatic order parameters and analyse inventory levels, excess stock and holding costs.
• Boost productivity in warehouse, transport and retail operations through data‑driven insights.
• Define, refine and digitalise business processes.

Required profile

• University degree (bachelor’s or master’s) in mathematics, engineering or a related technical field.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude toward improving existing processes and methodologies.
• Responsibility, organisational skills and a desire for continuous learning.

Required skills

• R programming language.
• Python programming language.
• SQL/PLSQL, preferably Oracle SQL.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency.
• Mathematical optimisation techniques.
• Statistical distributions, combinatorics, probability theory.
• Time‑series analysis methods.
• Experience with relational databases.
