About the role

The Primary Packaging Specialist will support the quality of pharmaceutical products by managing packaging specifications, testing, and regulatory documentation. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure that all primary packaging meets the highest standards of safety and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Improve product quality in the area of primary packaging.
• Define, acquire, and evaluate new packaging samples; coordinate laboratory and line testing.
• Prepare documentation for stability‑test packaging samples.
• Create and maintain registration, renewal, variation, and regulatory response documents for primary packaging.
• Develop and keep analytical procedures and packaging control records.
• Participate in change management, deviation investigations, and SOP maintenance.
• Collaborate with internal units and external institutions.
• Monitor regulatory requirements and ensure full compliance.
• Continuously update knowledge in primary packaging for the pharmaceutical sector.

Required profile

• Higher education in chemistry, pharmacy or food technology.
• Knowledge of GMP and other pharmaceutical guidelines (preferred).
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Analytical, proactive problem‑solver with strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Team‑oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines responsibly.
