About the role

The Consolidation Specialist will support the Group’s financial reporting process by gathering, validating and consolidating financial data from all subsidiaries. The role ensures compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and prepares accurate consolidated statements for internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and control financial data from Group companies for consolidation purposes.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements in line with IFRS.
• Adjust and eliminate inter‑company transactions and balances.
• Draft annual financial statements, accompanying notes and documentation for statutory reporting.
• Coordinate the collection of monthly and quarterly reports (income statement and balance sheet) from CIAK Group entities.
• Monitor and enforce the application of accounting policies and Group guidelines.
• Collaborate with the controlling department on quarterly reports for the stock exchange.
• Work with external auditors during audit cycles.
• Perform monthly cost and revenue calculations.
• Track changes to IFRS and incorporate them into reporting processes.
• Participate in continuous improvement of consolidation and reporting procedures.
• Execute other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (complex functions, Pivot tables, Power Query).
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or similar.
• Familiarity with business planning and financial reporting software.
