About the role

The company seeks an Occupational Safety Specialist to coordinate and manage workplace safety activities, fire protection, and compliance with occupational health regulations. The role involves close interaction with medical services, injured workers, inspectors, and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Draft safety instructions, coordinate with occupational medicine, review certificates and record data in the web ZNR system.
• Prepare occupational risk documentation, liaise with injured employees and their supervisors.
• Communicate with inspections, draft correspondence related to occupational safety (ZNR) and fire protection (ZOP).
• Manage fire protection tasks and monitor legal deadlines for examinations and mandatory trainings.
• Conduct internal safety audits, highlight deficiencies and organize on‑site training.
• Order, record and control protective equipment specifications and related invoices.
• Track legal regulations for ZNR and ZOP, and participate in risk assessments with external partners.

Required profile

• Higher education (VŠS).
• Passed the general and special parts of the professional exam for Occupational Safety Specialist (ZNR II level).
• Fire protection exam passed (preferred).
• Valid B‑category driving licence.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
