About the role

PROXIMUM d.o.o. is looking for a motivated professional to represent its products in the Dalmatia region. The role involves direct interaction with doctors and pharmacists, promoting the company’s portfolio within healthcare institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct field visits and promote products to physicians and pharmacists in hospitals and clinics.
• Participate in professional meetings, symposia, and congresses.
• Identify and develop new clients and market opportunities.
• Monitor, analyse, and forecast market trends and client needs.
• Propose and execute marketing activities aligned with sales goals.
• Support the planning and achievement of sales targets.
• Maintain a database of client visits and track sales performance.
• Collaborate daily with team members and the team leader.
• Uphold company values, mission, and reputation.

Required profile

• Male or female candidate (m/ž) with a professional attitude.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with healthcare professionals.
• Ability to work independently in the field and as part of a team.
