About the role

The organization is looking for a professional associate to provide social care services in Split. The role involves direct work with individuals and groups, field activities, and the creation of educational content.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group work with service users.
• Lead support groups and facilitate psychosocial assistance.
• Perform field work and provide psychosocial support.
• Participate in preventive and educational activities.
• Design and create content for the organization’s website.
• Develop posts, work materials and questionnaires.
• Assist with program activities and organize outings.

Required profile

• University degree in psychology, social work or social pedagogy.
• Advanced computer proficiency.
• Proactive attitude and problem‑solving ability.
• Must not be allergic to cats, as a therapy cat is present on site.
