About the role

The Cross‑Docking Specialist will coordinate the receipt of goods from the distribution centre warehouse and the dispatch of goods from the cross‑docking area. The role ensures smooth flow of products, accurate documentation and safe handling of merchandise and equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Organise receipt of goods from the distribution logistics centre and issue them from the cross‑docking warehouse.
• Ensure correct receiving and delivery of merchandise according to schedule.
• Monitor the work of cross‑docking collaborators and warehouse staff.
• Load goods onto distribution vehicles following the predefined loading plan.
• Handle and manoeuvre goods safely during loading and trans‑loading operations.
• Operate forklifts correctly and safely.
• Use Hand‑Held Terminal (HHT) devices accurately for inventory tracking.
• Maintain up‑to‑date and accurate warehouse documentation.
• Move trucks within the yard and park them at loading ramps.
• Manage truck parking schedules and monitor truck and compartment status after loading.

Required profile

• Secondary school (SSS) or vocational education (KV) completed.
• Minimum six months of experience in a similar logistics or warehouse role.
• Good computer skills.
• Valid forklift operator certification.
• Driving licence category C is desirable.

Required skills

• Forklift operation.
• Handling of HHT (hand‑held terminal) devices.
• Basic computer literacy.
