About the role

PIK VRBOVEC plus d.o.o. is looking for a reliable Machinist to join its plant in Vrbovec. The role involves monitoring equipment, maintaining the workshop, and ensuring safety and cleanliness of the facility.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor operational parameters of devices and keep a daily log.
• Maintain constant presence and supervision of the plant.
• Ensure order, cleanliness, and fire‑safety in the workshop.
• Perform minor repairs and service tasks.
• Take care of heating sub‑stations.

Required profile

• KV/SSS technical education (mechanic, locksmith, mechanical technician or related).
• Experience in similar roles is an advantage.
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts (12‑24‑12‑48).
• Responsibility, precision and technical resourcefulness.

Required skills

• KV/SSS technical education.
• Certification for compressor‑station operation (exam can be taken during employment).
• Certification for boiler‑plant operation (exam can be taken during employment).
