About the role

We are looking for a responsible and experienced machine operator to join our team in Zagreb. The role involves operating various construction machines on site and ensuring safe, efficient execution of earth‑moving tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Safe and efficient operation of construction machinery such as excavators, loaders, backhoes and other equipment.
• Performing earth‑moving work, digging, filling, terrain planning and related construction tasks.
• Daily inspection of equipment, minor repairs and routine maintenance.
• Adhering to all safety regulations and site procedures.
• Cooperating with team members and the site manager.
• Keeping the machine clean and orderly.

Required profile

• Responsible and experienced individual willing to start immediately.
• Ability to work well within a construction team.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
