Store Manager – Zoocity

About the role

We are looking for a Store Manager to lead our Zoocity branch in Zagreb. You will be responsible for achieving store targets, developing your team and ensuring an excellent experience for pet owners and their animals.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve store sales goals and monitor performance.
• Lead, organise and develop the store team.
• Plan sales activities and track their execution.
• Participate in assortment ordering.
• Advise pet lovers and work at the cash desk.
• Maintain well‑stocked, attractive shelves.
• Ensure accurate and complete sales documentation.
• Organise and control inventory in the warehouse.
• Handle customer complaints to keep both owners and pets satisfied.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary school education (SSS).
• At least two years of managerial experience in retail.
• Passion for household pets.
• Ability to recognise and develop talent in team members.
• Engaged, dedicated and good communicator.
• Strong sales instinct and comfortable with planning.
• Focus on team wellbeing.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in English.
