SQL Analyst – Data Investigation & Support

About the role

As an SQL Analyst at SD Worx you will ensure the stability of the HRnet platform by investigating data inconsistencies, analysing unexpected system behaviour and guiding customers toward effective solutions. You will work closely with implementation and development teams to continuously improve the product while delivering a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate data inconsistencies and unexpected system behaviour.
• Write and optimise SQL queries to analyse and validate data.
• Debug issues directly in the database and identify root causes.
• Conduct end‑to‑end investigations from signal detection to root‑cause identification.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to resolve problems.
• Translate technical findings into clear, customer‑friendly explanations.
• Spot patterns, anomalies and opportunities for systemic improvements.
• Perform data control and verification activities to maintain high data‑quality standards.
• Guide customers through corrective actions and communicate solutions professionally.
• Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with customers.
