About the role

The company is looking for a specialized sales representative to advise customers on motor equipment, demonstrate product operation, and drive sales in a retail environment. The role combines technical knowledge with strong customer‑facing skills.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on technical characteristics of motor devices.
• Demonstrate operation and handling of equipment at the sales floor.
• Actively sell and propose complementary accessories and spare parts.
• Maintain inventory records of motor equipment and initiate purchase orders.
• Collaborate with service technicians for diagnostics and demonstrations.
• Monitor market trends and innovations in motor equipment.
• Prepare technical offers for B2B customers.
• Organise and conduct product demonstrations for clients.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar sales position.
• Completed secondary education.
• Proven sales experience.
• Responsibility, independence and motivation to learn new knowledge.
• Strong communication skills and developed sales abilities.
