About the role

As a Production Planning Specialist you will ensure timely manufacturing and packaging of pharmaceutical and cosmetic products in compliance with regulatory requirements. You will work closely with internal teams to maintain optimal material inventories and support product availability for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in timely production and packaging planning, optimizing costs and maintaining appropriate material stocks.
• Create, process, and distribute production work orders in SAP according to the approved plan.
• Assist in preparing material balances for specific periods and generate material write‑off requests.
• Collaborate with internal units to guarantee the availability and correct use of raw materials, semi‑finished goods, and packaging.
• Maintain GMP documentation and other records related to production planning.
• Develop and manage annual, monthly, and weekly production and packaging schedules.
• Monitor finished‑goods availability and support delivery to customers in required quantities.

Required profile

• University degree in pharmacy, chemistry, biotechnology, engineering or economics.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to handle large data sets.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to plan, coordinate activities and manage priorities independently.
• Team‑oriented attitude and willingness to collaborate across departments.
