About the role

The Operational Sales Support Specialist will provide administrative assistance for all sales activities targeting new and existing SME customers. You will act as a bridge between sales representatives, internal departments, and business clients, ensuring smooth execution of the sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver administrative support for sales operations, including credit checks, draft contracts, and annexes.
• Maintain high service quality for business customers and manage written and verbal communications.
• Handle customer requests, escalations, and coordinate with other company departments.
• Meet deadlines set by the team leader and continuously adapt to new situations.
• Participate actively in team planning and execution.
• Ensure accuracy of documentation and record activation of fixed and ICT services.

Required profile

• Secondary education (or equivalent).
• At least one year of relevant sales experience, preferably in telecommunications, IT, or ICT.
• Proactive, responsible, team‑oriented and eager to learn continuously.
