About the role
The Real Estate Specialist will coordinate the maintenance of bank branches and head‑office facilities, manage relationships with external facility‑management providers, and support the bank’s drive for energy efficiency and cost optimisation.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate maintenance activities for branches and head‑office buildings through external facility‑management contracts.
- Monitor service quality, define corrective actions and manage vendor relationships.
- Collect, analyse and prioritise user requests related to building infrastructure.
- Plan, track and control OPEX and CAPEX budgets for property and technical system maintenance.
- Participate in investment planning and coordinate adaptation, renovation and modernisation projects.
- Monitor HVAC, electrical and other technical systems, analyse energy consumption and identify efficiency opportunities.
- Prepare reports, analyses and presentations on maintenance costs, investments, energy use and portfolio status.
- Collaborate with internal bank functions to ensure a safe, functional and pleasant work environment.
Required profile
- Technical degree (mechanical, electrical, civil engineering, architecture or related field).
- Minimum 3 years experience in facility or property management, or technical support for business premises.
- Experience in planning and managing OPEX and CAPEX budgets.
- Understanding of HVAC and other building technical systems.
- Knowledge of energy‑efficiency principles and sustainable building management.
- Proven ability to coordinate external service providers and manage contractual relationships.
- Advanced use of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Proficient English language skills.
- Strong organisational, analytical and communication abilities.
