About the role

The Real Estate Specialist will coordinate the maintenance of the bank's branches and head‑office buildings, ensuring high‑quality service delivery and efficient use of resources. The role combines operational oversight, budget management and continuous improvement of energy performance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate branch and head‑office maintenance activities through managing relationships with external facility‑management providers.
• Monitor service quality and define corrective actions with external partners.
• Collect, analyse and prioritise user requests related to facilities and technical infrastructure.
• Plan, monitor and control OPEX and CAPEX budgets for property maintenance and technical systems.
• Participate in investment planning and coordinate adaptation, renovation and modernisation projects for branches and head‑office premises.
• Monitor the operation of HVAC, electrical and other technical building systems.
• Analyse energy consumption and identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency, optimise costs and reduce carbon footprint.
• Prepare reports, analyses and presentations on maintenance costs, investments, energy consumption and portfolio status.
• Collaborate with internal bank functions to ensure a safe, functional and pleasant work environment.

Required profile

• Technical degree (mechanical, electrical, civil engineering, architecture or related field).
• Minimum three years of experience in facility or property management or technical support of business premises.
• Experience in planning and managing OPEX and CAPEX budgets.
• Understanding of HVAC and other building technical systems.
• Knowledge of energy‑efficiency principles and sustainable building management.
• Experience coordinating external service providers and managing contractual relationships.
• Advanced use of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Proficient English language skills.
• Strong organisational, analytical and cost‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple parallel activities.
