About the role

The Connection Coordination Specialist is the primary point of contact for customers and all participants in the connection process, ensuring a high level of customer experience. The role involves monitoring field activities, handling documentation, and collaborating with internal and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships and act as the main contact throughout the connection process.
• Monitor field activities, maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Identify and track failed activations, reporting to the sales department for further action.
• Coordinate with external contractors during the implementation phase.
• Administer inter‑operator requests and process orders based on feedback.
• Oversee resource planning, including deadlines for connection to HT infrastructure and scheduling technical support.
• Participate in process optimisation to improve internal efficiency.

Required profile

• Higher or secondary technical education.
• Basic knowledge of optical access networks.
• Proactive attitude with excellent communication and organisational skills.

Required skills

• Advanced use of MS Office tools.
• Experience with databases and related applications.
