About the role

Join Hrvatski Telekom as an ICT Support Specialist for business customers. You will provide end‑to‑end technical assistance for a range of ICT solutions, helping small‑business clients use cloud services and office productivity tools efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical support for ICT products such as fiscal cash registers and Office 365 installations.
• Configure and guide customers through the use of various cloud services.
• Troubleshoot issues remotely by connecting to users' computers and offering direct assistance.
• Collaborate daily with external partners involved in installation and support activities.

Required profile

• Strong interest in cloud technologies and enthusiasm for new solutions.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft services (Office 365, Exchange, SharePoint, etc.).
• Understanding of hardware components and their operation.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical information in simple terms.
• Sales experience to propose the best products and services to customers.
