About the role

We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Inventory Specialist to join our team in Velika Gorica. You will be responsible for maintaining optimal stock levels, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring accurate reporting across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Check stock levels and plan purchase orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers on deliveries and returns.
• Monitor the arrival schedule of ordered goods.
• Prepare accurate, timely internal reports on inventory, deadlines, and deliveries.
• Communicate and align processes with other departments.
• Optimize functional processes within your area of responsibility.
• Resolve daily challenges and proactively improve storage and procurement processes.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and English.
• Professional, communicative attitude.
• Analytical, proactive, and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
